Data Deletion Instructions

At N Sketch, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Delete Your Account

You can delete your entire account and all associated data directly from your account settings:

  1. Log in to your N Sketch account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Click on Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion

This will permanently delete your account, all generated content, uploaded media, and any connected social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Option 2: Request Data Deletion via Email

If you prefer, you can request data deletion by emailing us:

  1. Send an email to support@nsketch.ai
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your N Sketch account
  4. Specify what data you want deleted (all data or specific items)

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Data Deleted from Instagram Integration

If you connected your Instagram account to N Sketch, the following data will be deleted upon your request:

  • Instagram account identifiers (username, account ID)
  • Instagram access tokens
  • Any content scheduled or published to Instagram through our platform
  • Publishing history and analytics associated with your Instagram account

Note: Content that has already been published to Instagram will remain on Instagram and must be deleted directly through Instagram if desired. We only delete the data stored on our servers.

Disconnect Instagram Account

If you only want to disconnect your Instagram account without deleting your entire N Sketch account:

  1. Log in to your N Sketch account
  2. Go to Autopilot
  3. Open Settings within Autopilot
  4. Find your connected Instagram account
  5. Click Disconnect to remove the connection

You can also revoke access through Instagram's settings:

  1. Go to Instagram Settings
  2. Navigate to Apps and Websites
  3. Find N Sketch in the list of active apps
  4. Click Remove to revoke access

What Data We Store

When you use N Sketch with Instagram integration, we may store:

  • Your Instagram username and account ID
  • Access tokens to publish content on your behalf
  • Records of content scheduled or published through our platform
  • Basic account information (profile picture, follower count for display purposes)
