Higher tiers add more monthly credits, allow more concurrent generations, and improve queue priority. Max comes in three sizes — 4,200, 9,000, or 20,000 credits a month — pick one with the slider on the Max card. The comparison table shows how that credit balance translates across individual models.

Credits are your generation balance. Each request deducts credits based on the selected model and settings, including resolution, duration, audio, and reference media. Generation totals in the comparison table use each model's lowest-cost available configuration, so actual usage can vary.

Credits included with a subscription reset at each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits purchased through a one-time credit pack are added instantly and never expire.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your plan remains active until the end of its current billing period. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Yes. Starter, Pro, and Max all include commercial use, so you can use your generated images, videos, and other outputs in marketing, products, and client work.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with access to the new credit allowance and plan benefits, and the price difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect on your next renewal date.

You can purchase a one-time credit pack, upgrade to a plan with a larger allowance, or wait for your subscription credits to reset at the next billing cycle. New generations require enough credits for the selected model and settings.

Credit packs add extra credits outside your recurring plan. Available packs are shown above, are applied to your account immediately after purchase, and never expire.
